The Royal Palm Chapter of USA Dance held its previous very Successful Annual
Royal Palm Winter Frolic Dancesport Extravaganza Competition
January 25, 2014
at Goldcoast Ballroom!
All USA Dance Athlete members were invited to participate in the competition, and EVERYONE was welcome to come as spectators!
Spectator Admission only $10.00 – for All Day!
(8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Come dance and WIN PRIZES, or cheer for your favorite couple(s)!

- 8:00 AM Ballroom opens for registration, package pickup and practice.
- 8:30 AM Ballroom opens for spectator admission.
- 9:00 AM Opening ceremony, National Anthem, introductions and announcements.
- 9:15 AM Competition begins with American Rhythm followed by American Smooth.
- 1:00 PM Afternoon Session begins with International Latin followed by International Standard.
- 5:30 PM End of competition.
- 7:30 PM Goldcoast Ballroom Evening social dance session begins. Entrance fee separate – $15.00. (Paid at entrance).
- 11:00 PM Goodnight to all.
Exciting Update: The Goldcoast Formation Team, under the direction of Liene & Paolo Di Lorenzo, will perform between the Morning Session and the Afternoon Session at the Competition!! Don’t miss their Extraordinary Addam’s Family Medley, first performed, to a standing ovation and enthusiastic acclaim, at the Goldcoast Ballroom Holiday Showcase!

The Royal Palm Challenge DanceSport Competition is officially sanctioned by USA Dance, the official national membership organization for amateur dancers in the U.S.
