Our World Class Pros Paolo & Liene Di Lorenzo will offer a Specialty Class in Body Connections for Quality Movement on Thursday Evenings, September 19 and September 26.
The class starts at 8:30 p.m., and includes a structured practice session following the class, until 10:00 p.m. During the practice session, you have the chance to dance with Paolo and Liene, and the students dance with each other. The cost is $15.00, which includes both the class and the practice session.
Dancing is so much more than just steps and patterns. It involves strength and tone to create and hold a proper frame and posture, coordination between different body parts to produce long and flowing movement, musicality in expressing beautiful movement in time to the music, and elegant shapes.
This special class will help you discover and understand the fundamental principles of coordination between different body parts using strength and freedom. As a result your movememt and shapes will get stronger and more elegant.
