EXCITING!! HOT!! “Dancewith Julie” Star Julissa Hernandez and her Partner David Anchondo teach Group Classes in Bachata (2:30 PM – 3:30 PM) and New York Style Salsa ‘On 2’ (3:30 PM – 4:30 PM) at Goldcoast Ballroom every Sunday in February!!
Bachata a very popular dance from the Dominican Republic with similarities to merengue. In this class, we will be teaching the timing fundamentals, basic foot work, simple turns, and useful Bachata dance patterns.
Both beginner and intermediate level dancers are welcome.
In our Salsa classes, learn musicality, timing, body movement, shines and partnerwork in NY Style Salsa ‘On 2.’ Take your dance skills to the next level.
Both beginner and intermediate level dancers are welcome. Separate Salsa classes are conducted concurrently during the hour – with Julissa’s Partner David Anchondo usually teaching the Beginner Salsa Class and Julissa teaching the Intermediate Level Salsa Class.

Julissa Hernandez – “Dancewith Julie” has been in the dance industry for the past 17 years. Her unique style, love and passion for the arts has been expressed through her creative choreography and distinct style of teaching in Latin Rhythms. These two attributes have touched many lives throughout South Florida.
Originally from New York, Julissa began her journey through jazz dance at the age of 11 and has been honing her skills ever since.
After many years of dancing with different companies, she has now branched out to build her own brand, “Dancewith Julie.”
